Eligibility: The Nestlé Purina PetCare Big Blocky Beggin' Sweeps (the "Sweepstakes") is open only to legal residents of the 50 United States and District of Columbia who are 18 years or older (or 19 if resident of AL or NE). Void where prohibited by law. No purchase necessary to enter the Sweepstakes. Employees of Nestlé Purina PetCare Company, 1 Checkerboard Square, St. Louis, MO 63164 (the "Sponsor"), Brandmovers, Inc., 1519 Carroll Dr. NW, Atlanta, GA 30318 ("Administrator”) and Warner Bros. Home Entertainment Inc., its parent, affiliates and subsidiaries, and the directors, officers, employees, and agents of each(collectively with Sponsor the "Released Parties”), and any of their respective affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising agencies, or any other company or individual involved with the design, production execution or distribution of the Sweepstakes and their immediate family (spouse, parents and step-parents, siblings and step-siblings, and children and step-children) and household members of each such employee are not eligible to enter or win. The Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations. Participation constitutes entrant's full and unconditional agreement to these Official Rules and Sponsor's decisions, which are final and binding in all matters related to the Sweepstakes. Winning a prize is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements set forth herein.
Sweepstakes Period: The Sweepstakes starts at 12:00 AM Eastern Time (“EST”) on July 1, 2025 and ends at 11:59 PM EST on October 31, 2025 (“Sweepstakes Period”). The Sweepstakes Period will be broken out into 18 (eighteen) weekly entry pools as described in the Weekly Entry & Prize Pool Chart below (each, a “Weekly Entry Pool”) and one (1) Grand Prize entry pool which will coincide with the Sweepstakes Period.
How To Enter: Sweepstakes QR Code with your smartphone which will take you to blockysweeps.beggin.com (“Website”) or directly visit the Website and follow the instructions to provide your complete first and last name, mailing address (including Zip Code, no P.O. boxes) and email address, then click “Submit”. Following the foregoing instructions will provide you with one (1) entry into the Sweepstakes (“Base Entry”). Limit one (1) Base Entry per person. To receive an additional entry into the Sweepstakes, entrants who have submitted a Base Entry can purchase any Beggin’ Dog Treats product during the Sweepstakes Period (each a “Qualifying Purchase”), then visit the Website, sign-in and upload a photo of the receipt showing the Qualifying Purchase, and the date on which the Qualifying Purchase was made (“Receipt Entry”). Receipts must be dated during the Sweepstakes Period. Any receipt can only be submitted one time. Receipts and photos of receipts cannot be sold, bartered, or traded. Any receipt or photo of receipt obtained by unauthorized or illegitimate means, or which has been altered or modified, as determined by Sponsor or Administrator, will be void and entrant will not receive a Receipt Entry for such submission. Be sure to keep your original receipt as Sponsor and Administrator reserve the right to require proof of actual purchase. Photos of receipts must be in an image file (.jpg, .png, etc) and less than 5 MB in size, must be in focus/readable, and the receipt may not be wrinkled, skewed or crumpled. Once a receipt(s) is uploaded, entrant will receive an email within 24 hours indicating the status of the receipt and confirming Receipt Entry into the Sweepstakes random drawing. All Qualifying Purchase Receipt Entries must be submitted by 11:59 PM EST on the End Date set forth in the Weekly Entry & Prize Pool Chart above. Sponsor is not responsible for any technical issue relating to the entry. Limit five (5) additional Receipt Entries, per person during the entire Sweepstakes Period, regardless of the method of entry.
TO RECEIVE RECEIPT ENTRIES INTO THE SWEEPSTAKES WITHOUT MAKING A PURCHASE: To receive Receipt Entries without making a Qualifying Purchase, entrants can handprint their complete name, street address, city, state, zip code, email address and telephone number on a 3” x 5” card/paper and mail in it in a #10 sealed envelope with proper postage affixed to: Big Blocky Beggin’ Sweeps Mail-in Entry c/o Brandmovers, Inc., P.O. Box 1807, Clayton, GA, 30525, to be postmarked no later than October 31, 2025 and received by Novemeber 7, 2025. Limit one (1) mail-in entry per stamped, outer envelope. Mechanical reproductions and stamped entries will not be accepted. The Released Parties are not responsible for lost, late, postage-due, mutilated, stolen or misdirected mailing of any mail-in entries.
Limit five (5) Receipt Entries per entrant during the entire Sweepstakes Period, regardless of the method of entry.
BASE ENTRIES AND RECEIPT ENTRIES, WILL BE REFERRED TO HEREIN AS AN “ENTRY” OR “ENTRIES.” LIMIT SIX (6) TOTAL ENTRIES PER ENTRANT. If more than the stated Entry limit is received from the same person, home address, and/or email address for any entry method, then the Entries may, at Administrator’s or Sponsor’s discretion, be disqualified. Entrants are prohibited from using more than one email address or multiple identities. If it is found or suspected that an entrant is using more than one email address or multiple identities to participate in the Sweepstakes, then that entrant, in Administrator’s or Sponsor’s discretion, may be disqualified. Entries that are incomplete, illegible, corrupted, damaged, destroyed, forged, false, lost, late or misdirected, deceptive, postage-due, illegible, or otherwise not in compliance with the Official Rules may be disqualified from the Sweepstakes at Sponsor’s and Administrator’s discretion. Entries generated by a script, computer programs, macro, programmed, robotic or other automated means are void and may be disqualified. Entries received through any tampering (cheating), or foul play will render that entrant ineligible to receive any prize(s) and may result in entrant no longer being allowed to enter Sponsor’s other promotions in the future, at Sponsor’s sole discretion. Those who do not follow all of the instructions, provide the required information in their Entry form, or abide by these Official Rules or other instructions of Sponsor and Administrator may be disqualified. All materials submitted become the property of Sponsor and will not be returned. Illegible and/or incomplete Entries and Entries submitted by entrants who do not meet the eligibility requirements (including all requirements with respect to age and residence) are void. In the event of a dispute as to any Entry, the Authorized Account Holder of the email address used for Entry will be deemed to be the entrant and must comply with these Official Rules. The “Authorized Account Holder” is the natural person who is assigned an account by the Internet access provider, online service provider, or other organization responsible for assigning such accounts or the account associated with the submitted email address. The potential winners may be required to show proof of being the Authorized Account Holder.
Drawing and Winner Notification 18 (Eighteen) Grand Prize Winners, and 9,900 (nine thousand nine hundred) First Prize potential Weekly Prize winners will be selected in a series of random drawings, to be held by Administrator, on or about the random drawing date set forth in the Weekly Entry & Prize Pool Chart above from among all eligible entries that are received up to the applicable weekly random drawing. The non-winning entries will carry over to the next entry period. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible Entries received during the Sweepstakes Period. Each winner is considered a “potential” winner pending verification of their eligibility and compliance with these Official Rules. Each First Prize, (as detailed below), will be delivered via a digital voucher to the email address provided by the participant at the time of entry. Digital Movie offer must be redeemed before 12/31/25. The Administrator is not responsible for any missing redeemable vouchers or for vouchers that are not redeemed before their expiration date. Each Grand Prize (as described below) will be shipped via U.S. mail, and any digital vouchers will be sent to the email address provided at the time of entry. Digital Movie offer must be redeemed before 12/31/25. The Administrator is not responsible for any missing redeemable vouchers or for vouchers that are not redeemed before their expiration date. Grand Prize winners will be notified when their prize has shipped. Shipping costs will be covered by the Sponsor. Once a Grand Prize has shipped, the Sponsor has no control over delivery times, loss, or theft after delivery. The Grand Prize winner assumes all responsibility for the prize upon delivery, and no replacement will be provided. All Grand Prizes in connection with the Sweepstakes are provided “as is” without warranty of any kind, either express or implied, and Sponsor hereby disclaims all such warranties, including but not limited to, the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and/or non-infringement. Allow 6-8 weeks for delivery of Grand Prize. Administrator will make two (2) attempts within a twenty-four (24) hour period to notify the potential Grand Prize winner at the email address submitted at the time of Entry. Potential Grand Prize winner must respond within forty-eight (48) hours of notification. Failure of potential Grand Prize winner to respond within forty-eight (48) hours of notification may result in disqualification and an alternate potential Grand Prize winner may be selected. Potential Grand Prize winner will be required to sign a winner’s agreement and release (“Winner Release”) and return it by the date specified in Administrator’s notification, or Grand Prize will be forfeited in its entirety and another potential Grand Prize winner may be selected. The potential Grand Prize winner will be required to execute and return an IRS Form W-9 (and will receive a subsequent 1099 IRS Form for the actual retail value of Grand Prize) along with a Winner Release and any other documentation that Sponsor and Administrator may require and return it by the date specified by Sponsor or Administrator in the notification, or Grand Prize may be forfeited in its entirety and another potential Grand Prize winner may be selected. Only three (3) alternate Grand Prize winners will be selected, after which the Grand Prize shall remain unawarded. Grand Prize will be awarded only if the potential Grand Prize winner fully complies with these Official Rules If a potential winner is found not to be eligible or not in compliance with these Official Rules, or if a prize or prize notification is returned as undeliverable, such potential winner may be disqualified. Released Parties are not responsible for any change of address or email address of any entrant. Limit one (1) Grand Prize and one (1) Frist Prize, per person during the entire Sweepstakes Period. The Released Parties are not responsible for electronic communications that are undeliverable as a result of any form of active or passive filtering of any kind, or insufficient space in entrant's device to receive messages. Sponsor’s and Administrator’s decisions as to the administration and operation of the Sweepstakes and the selection of the potential Grand Prize Winner are final and binding in all matters related to the Sweepstakes.

Publicity Grant: Except where prohibited by law, each entrant grants (and agrees to confirm this grant in writing, if requested) permission for Sponsor and those acting under its authority to use their name, photograph, voice, and/or likeness, for advertising and/or publicity purposes in any and all media now known or hereinafter invented without territorial or time limitations and without compensation, notification, or permission
Privacy: Any information collected during an entrant’s participation in this Sweepstakes will be collected by Sponsor in accordance with the terms of Sponsor’s Privacy Policy. Participation Conditions/Release/Consent to use Likeness: By participating, each participant agrees to: (a) comply with and be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor which are binding and final in all matters relating to this Sweepstakes; (b) release and hold harmless the Released Parties from and against any and all claims, expenses, and liability, including, but not limited to, negligence and damages of any kind to persons and property, including, but not limited to, invasion of privacy (under appropriation, intrusion, public disclosure of private facts, false light in the public eye or other legal theory), defamation, slander, libel, violation of right of publicity, infringement of trademark, copyright or other intellectual property rights, property damage, or death or personal injury arising out of or relating to a participant's participation in this Sweepstakes, and acceptance or use or misuse of prize; (c) indemnify, defend and hold harmless the Released Parties from and against any and all claims, expenses, and liabilities (including reasonable attorney’s fees) arising out of or relating to an entrant's participation in the Sweepstakes and/or entrant's acceptance, use or misuse of prize; and (d) allow Sponsor’s use for promotional purposes of his/her likeness, voice and/or address (city/state) without any additional compensation.
General Conditions: Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend and/or modify the Sweepstakes, or any part of it, for any reason whatsoever, including, without limitation, fire, flood, natural or man-made epidemic of health of other means, earthquake, explosion, labor dispute or strike, act of God or public enemy, satellite or equipment failure, riot or civil disturbance, terrorist threat or activity, war (declared or undeclared) or any federal state or local government law, order, or regulation, public health crisis, order of any court or jurisdiction.. Sponsor reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Sweepstakes or to be acting in violation of these Official Rules or in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner. Any attempt by any person to deliberately undermine the legitimate operation of the Sweepstakes may be a violation of criminal and civil law, and, should such an attempt be made, Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages from any such person to the fullest extent permitted by law. Only the type and quantity of prizes described in these Official Rules will be awarded. The invalidity or unenforceability of any provision of these Official Rules shall not affect the validity or enforceability of any other provision. In the event that any provision is determined to be invalid or otherwise unenforceable or illegal, these Official Rules shall otherwise remain in effect and shall be construed in accordance with their terms as if the invalid or illegal provision were not contained herein. Sponsor's failure to enforce any term of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that provision.
Limitations of Liability: Released Parties (as defined below) are not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, inaccurate, stolen, misdirected, undelivered or garbled entries, comments, email, Messages, or other communications of any kind; or for lost, interrupted or unavailable network, server, Internet Service Provider (ISP), website, or other connections, availability or accessibility or miscommunications or failed computer, satellite, telephone or cable transmissions, lines, or technical failure or jumbled, scrambled, delayed, or misdirected transmissions or computer hardware or software malfunctions, failures or difficulties, or other errors or difficulties of any kind whether human, mechanical, electronic, computer, network, typographical, printing or otherwise relating to or in connection with the sweepstakes, including, without limitation, errors or difficulties which may occur in connection with the administration of the sweepstakes, the processing of entries, the announcement of the prizes or in any sweepstakes-related materials. Released Parties are also not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by site users, tampering, hacking, or by any equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the sweepstakes. Released Parties are not responsible for injury or damage to participants' or to any other person's computer or other device related to or resulting from participating in this sweepstakes or downloading materials from or use of the platform. Persons who tamper with or abuse any aspect of the sweepstakes or platform or who are in violation of these Official Rules, as solely determined by Sponsor, will be disqualified and all associated entries will be void. Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion to suspend, modify or terminate the sweepstakes at any time and for any reason, including, but not limited to, should any portion of the sweepstakes be, in Sponsor’s sole opinion, compromised by virus, worms, bugs, non-authorized human intervention or other causes which, in the sole opinion of the Sponsor, corrupt or impair the administration, security, fairness or proper play, or submission of entries, and, if terminated, at its discretion, select the potential winners from among all non-suspect, eligible Entries received up to time of cancellation or as otherwise deemed fair and appropriate by Sponsor. Entrants, by participating, agree that, Released Parties and their respective parent, affiliates, subsidiaries, prize suppliers, and advertising and promotion agencies, and all of their respective officers, directors, employees, representatives and agents (collectively, “Released Parties”) will have no liability whatsoever for, and shall be held harmless by entrants against, any liability, for any injuries, losses or damages of any kind, including death, to persons, or property resulting in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from acceptance, possession, misuse or use of any prize (including any travel or activity related thereto) or participation in this sweepstakes.
Disputes/Governing Law: Entrant agrees that: (i) any and all disputes, claims and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Sweepstakes, other than those concerning the administration of the Sweepstakes or the determination of Winner or for any disputes arising from the loss or injury from the participation in a Prize, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action; (ii) any disputes arising out of these Official Rules (except for any disputes arising from the loss or injury from the use of Prizes) shall be submitted to final, binding arbitration conducted in Missouri under the Arbitration Rules and Procedures of the Judicial Arbitration and Mediation Services Inc. before a single, neutral arbitrator who is a former or retired Missouri state or federal court judge with experience in entertainment matters who shall follow Missouri law and the Federal Rules of Evidence and have no authority to award punitive damages. Either party may enforce a final arbitration award in any court of competent jurisdiction in Missouri, including an award of costs, fees and expenses incurred in enforcing the award. Notwithstanding the foregoing, Released Parties shall be entitled to seek injunctive relief (unless otherwise precluded by any other provision of these Official Rules) in the state and federal courts of Missouri. Any dispute or portion thereof, or any claim for a particular form of relief (not otherwise precluded by any other provision of these Official Rules), that may not be arbitrated pursuant to applicable state or federal law may be heard only in a court of competent jurisdiction in Missouri; (iii) any and all claims, judgments and awards shall be limited to actual out-of- pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with entering this Sweepstakes, but in no event attorneys' fees; and (iv) under no circumstances will entrant be permitted to obtain awards for, and entrant hereby waives all rights to claim punitive, incidental and consequential damages and any other damages, other than for actual out- of-pocket expenses, and any and all rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE LIMITATIONS OR EXCLUSION OF LIABILITY FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, SO THE ABOVE MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of the entrant and Sponsor in connection with the Sweepstakes, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the State of Missouri, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules (whether of the State of Missouri or any other jurisdiction), which would cause the application of the laws of any jurisdiction other than the State of Missouri.
